Many high schools currently offer a quantitative reasoning course and/or a non-AP statistics course. Does it make sense to create a high school course that integrates statistics and quantitative reasoning in a meaningful way? What might be the advantages to such an approach? What obstacles might a course like this face? What are the opportunities that true integration (i.e. not just a semester of QR and a semester of Stat, but true integration) might provide?
